Fearless Yoga

teacher training at Balance Health Studio. I am now a 500 hour Yoga Alliance RYT certified yoga instructor. It was during my 200 hour training when God gave me the vision for Fearless Yoga. While I did not know what that would look like, I new it was a dream I felt deep in my soul. Over the course of my health journey and losing greater than 150 lbs, the word FEARLESS was given to me in John 1:9, “Be strong. You are never alone.” I prayed this verse over my journey every day, as it required great courage, strength, and discipline. My yoga classes are open to all levels from beginners to advanced. All classes are founded and taught from Biblical truth. My goal is for everyone that attends my class to leave with assurance of their worth and who they were created to be.
