There’s some changes that have been made to the booking site. Some of the policies and service descriptions have changed AS WELL AS SOME PRICES.

Let me remind you that you are getting quality nails and quality service that isn’t rushed and your nails do not pop off!! You are only coming to see me every 3-5wks. Also factor in what u are getting and my customer service vs the quality of service that you would get from one of these corner shops. AND you get a free mini manicure with your service!
They charge you for EVERY little thing and to them you are just a dollar sign and you have to go back every two weeks and you usually leave unsatisfied! To me you are more than a dollar sign. I look at you as my family and we bond over the nail table! I actually care about you and I educate you about your nails.

Make sure you are reading the service descriptions when selecting your service!!
I have taken the time to make them detailed but SIMPLE for you.

A Freestyle is just that.. A FREESTYLE!! Tech has full creative control. Read the description!

If you have a specific picture of a set that you want me to do you need to book a “Recreate” NOT “Freestyle”. Also you need to send me the pic by text or inbox along with desired length to check to see what the exact charge will be for the set.
A lot of you have been getting recreate sets for way less than what should be charged.

There is now a “Build A Set” option for you to add desired add-ons like bling, marble, chrome, add longer lengths, charms, jewels, etc.
Read the Description!! There is the starting price and it goes up from there with the add-ons. You will know what you are paying before you pay.

For my long term clients there will be options coming for your birthday sets. This will be a discounted service for you for being a loyal client! (Must be a client at least 3 months before your birthday and have been on my schedule consecutively).

Why is there an issue with small businesses especially in the beauty industry charging taxes and cc processing fees?!

I have had conversations with my fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners who have LEGAL REGISTERED businesses and they say some of their clients have an issue with being charged when they get their total price.

One tech stated she doesn’t make her clients pay these she just takes that hit herself.
One stated she has her prices set to include both so she doesn’t have to hear push back from her clients.

WHY IS THIS AN ISSUE?!?! You pay taxes EVERYWHERE you go!! And a lot of places do charge CC processing fees. You don’t see it from big corporations because usually once they reach a certain dollar amt they only charge them a monthly fee for processing CCs.

We as business owners have to pay quarterly/yearly taxes on our business just like these big corporations. Also for those of you “I don’t carry cash only card” ppl we business owners have to pay card processing fees for every transaction made. Most of us don’t meet that quota like these big corporations do. We try to make it convenient for it clients/customers to pay so you don’t have to run to the ATM on the way to your appts.

Is is fair for us to lose money? Some will say then don’t take cards. Then it will be an inconvenience for the customer to have to stop and find an ATM. You usually have to pay a fee at the ATM to take your money out of its not with your bank.
When you go down to these government offices to pay for things there is a “convenience/processing” charge on the receipt for using a card.

I’d like to hear your opinion on this.
