Last weekend we had our first Clinical Advisory Board meeting of 2026! 👏

This milestone gathering brought together our physician leaders to reflect on the successes of 2025, align on strategic priorities, and map out a successful year ahead.

Starting with our values, we updated them to reflect what our team stands for in everything that we do - Service Excellence, Community, Accountability, and Integrity. From clinical, to admin, and support services, we have seen these values in our amazing team members across the country.

A highlight of this weekend was a training with Motiva. This was their largest operating room training in the United States to date, featuring hands-on education with Motiva implants and their Preservé technique. A crucial part of Ascend is our commitment to advancing surgical techniques, patient safety, and outcomes across our network.

We celebrated this season, and our team, with a holiday party earlier this month. We were too nice to make white elephant drama packed, but at least Michael got his socks. It was wonderful to share appreciation, gifts and time together!

We are thrilled to welcome Advanced Aesthetics Plastic Surgery Center to the Ascend team! This partnership is rooted in shared values of collaboration, clinical excellence, and continuous learning. With the addition of board-certified plastic surgeons Dr. Joseph Raniere, Jr., Dr. Edward S. Gronka, and Dr. Takintope Akinbiyi as partner physicians, as well as Amanda Fowler, PA-C, Ascend is now 24 physicians strong and spans six states. We are proud to add this esteemed Atlanta-based practice right here in the very city in which we are headquartered.
