MBA graduate with over 15 years of leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.

Trish created The Boss Babe Confidence Code™ coaching framework. She’s passionate about helping women build self-trust, confidence, and self-worth. Leads community fitness classes, workshops, and personal development programs throughout the Triangle area.

✨ Combines practical coaching tools with real-world experience to create lasting change.
✨ Dedicated to helping women stop people-pleasing, set healthy boundaries, and confidently pursue their goals.
