I’m going to be honest with y’all. My heart is BROKEN. 💔

I understand that having appointments canceled is frustrating, and I never want to inconvenience anyone. But this situation is completely out of my control.

We are working on putting a liability waiver in place, and my plan is to return to taking clients after surgery. I’m doing everything I can to figure this out, and I promise you, I want to get back to work just as much as some of y’all want to get back in my chair.

What I cannot handle right now is being met with ugliness over something I did not choose and cannot control. I’m a small business owner, but I’m also a wife, a mama, and a person navigating something incredibly difficult.

Please bear with me. Please be patient with me. And please remember that there is a real person behind this business who is doing her best during a really hard season of life.

Mac’s Shack means SO much to me, and so do the people who have supported me. I am beyond grateful for every single person who has shown me kindness, grace, and understanding. Y’all have no idea how much it means to me right now. ❤️

I WILL be back. I just need a little grace while I handle through this.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand this may disrupt your plans. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will not be accepting clients at this time.
