It’s a part of my daily routine and it’s not a chore, it’s my pleasure! I don’t excessively diet but I do and intuitively eat! If I’m craving pizza 🍕 I will eat it...if I’m not training for a competition! I’ve trained my body now so that when I eat my cravings once in awhile, I don’t gain weight! I didn’t cut carbs or go on a “fad” but I do track my macros and know what’s going in my mouth! I’ve changed my lifestyle this year in #2018 and I’ve never felt or looked better at #40 🏋🏼‍♀️ and I’m still on a to look and feel even better!
