Kale + Peppermint Beauty

I’ve been quiet(er). And for the next 30 days, I’ll be a little more quieter.

In this season, I am choosing discipline over distraction. Healing over hustling. Growth over noise.

Girl to Girl — we’re fasting. We’re pouring into our spirits. We’re balancing hormones. We’re nourishing our bodies. We’re taking care of our skin, hair, and nails. We’re creating new treatment plans.

I haven’t disappeared. I’m still here. I’m always reachable.
But if you love me, you’d already know that.

If you don’t see me posting on socials too often, I’m usually somewhere studying, learning, refining, building.
But I’m still working, still cooking, (not just in the kitchen), still creating.

If you don’t see much of me, know that I’m intentionally working behind the scenes to become the healthiest, strongest, most aligned version of myself.

This will probably be the last full body pic that I will post of myself until my fast is completed (unless I want to pop my s**t 😉)

I’ll see you in September (30 days after my fast)… but just in time to celebrate another year of Kale + Peppermint Beauty 🥬
I’m in the midst of birthing something that has been inside of me for years.

While Kale + Peppermint Beauty will ALWAYS be home of The Skin Goddess and the home for skin health and corrective skincare, I’m prayerfully building something alongside it that reflects the lifestyle that I live every day.
More wellness | More intention | More healing | More community | More glow

I’m taking my time because I want to build it the right way.
Some things aren’t meant to be rushed. They’re meant to be nurtured.
