For the love of knitting

Thank GOODNESS it is done and shipped today! The beautiful yellow Promise to Keep shawl is my 5th one knitted. This one is going to the greater Chicago area and then on to I believe Japan for a special occasion in April. Now to continue the knitting projects for a few others that are awaiting their beautiful project!

Trellis wraps have been delivered to New York State! Thank you Lisa for trusting me to knit for you and your beautiful daughter!

Finished blocking two Trellis wrap for a wonderful supporting friend in New York State. Measurements 18 wide and 78 long. Will be shipped out on Thursday to her. More pics when I take off the mats.

Just a short note to say thank you for following me. I have been busy knitting. I have a yellow beaded Shawl ready for last heavy beaded chart, one wrap almost done. And one very busy pup that I am watching for a friend that has my full focus. So, everything put on back burner unless I get lucky and she sleeps to give me time to knit.

Hopefully I can get projects ready within the next month to post. So much to get finished before September!

As a previous post mentioned, I have some beautiful projects to knit for orders. Today, I received another request from a follower for two shawl/wrap that will be determined as we look for those specific patterns.

I think my previous post of cost was confusing. So I will spell it out here clearly.

Cost of yarn, beads etc will be determined at the time of specific order. This will depend on what pattern may call for and what purchaser wants. Typically yarn can run between 50-300 depending on blend. Beads start at 10.00 and go up from there for quantity and quality. Crystal beads being the most expensive. The supply cost MUST be paid prior to start of project, even if $50.00 non refundable deposit is paid.

The $50.00 non refundable deposit is required to be put on list in order to be done. This will come off the balance of the cost at completion or when project is paid in full.

Additional shipping cost will be added prior to shipment.

I will take more orders begining 6/1/26, to be started in August 2026.

Yes I will be very busy! I do require a $50.00 -70.00 non refundable to cover the cost of yarn, beads and shipping prior to starting project.

Diamond and Rust shawl. This one is mine, unless of course I
get a fair offer. It is beaded from the very top, all the way to the edge. Has thousands of little beads.

Promise to keep shawl 72 x 36, purple with lots of beads! Absolutely stunning.
