Come on in the room, here's Part 2 of my Silk Press Process. This is my process from blow dry to flat ironing. My video a few days ago, if you didn't see that one, go back and watch it for me. Remember for a lightweight o
professional looking silk press that has movement, try these steps. It takes time, but you can do it!
1. Section for control, we learned that is cosmetology school
2. Your blow dry process is you #1 tool for the best results
3. For flat roots use a small flat iron or pressing comb the follow up with your flat iron
4. One pass!!!! With the proper heat setting
5. Small sections. You want them to be see through
6. Take your time!!!!
7. Use lightweight products
8. For fly aways use a light holding spray

Shampoo hair with me
Here's a few tips when shampooing hair...
1. It's called Shampoo NOT wash. you wash
clothes and Shampoo hair.
2. Always detangle hair before shampooing
to prevent any matting
3. Always Shampoo twice. Our scalps
naturally produce oils, and with us adding
products to our hair and scalp will add to
build Up.
4. Clarifying shampoo 1st then a Hydrating
or moisturizing Shampoo next
5. Have a great Hydrating conditioner.
6. Make sure to thoroughly rinse all the
Shampoo and conditioner out every time
Make sure there are no suds or bubbles. If
you have a lot of smoke while blow drying
then there may be conditioner left.
