Yoni Steaming
An ancient practice using herbs to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.
I would like to wish this beautiful boss lady a Happy bEarthday today. She has become more to me than a client, she is my tribe and my goal Sistar. In my Dawn voice, "Love you to life"💗
Throughout my career I have learned that if there is not a seat at a table, build your own. I have had to create my lanes when there were none. Never let regular simple minded people stop you from operating in your gifts.
Gratitude for the opportunitirs and to be among such amazing MELANated women who are Do tors, Midwives, and Therapists.
See you tomorrow 😄
Thank you for keeping your word and creating a safe space for me to share the knowledge about and to introduce my new business The Sacred Womb Wellness Institute.

🌙 Why Friday Is Feminine
Friday is traditionally associated with the planet Venus, the archetype of love, beauty, fertility, sensuality, creativity, and relational wisdom. Long before calendars became corporate grid paper, this day was linked to goddesses and the rhythms of attraction, harmony, and embodiment.
Energetically, Friday carries:
Receptivity rather than force
Magnetism instead of pursuit
Pleasure as a spiritual practice
Connection to the body as oracle
All core expressions of what many now call Divine Feminine energy.
🔢 The Power of the Number 13
Thirteen was sacred in many ancient cultures because it mirrors the lunar cycle. There are approximately 13 moon cycles in a year, and the moon has long been associated with:
Menstrual rhythms
Emotional intelligence
Inner knowing
The cyclical nature of creation, death, and rebirth
In other words, 13 represents a body-led calendar instead of a productivity-led one. It honors timing that cannot be rushed.
Only later did patriarchal systems begin to label 13 as “irregular” or “unlucky” because it did not fit neatly into solar, linear structures that favored control over flow.
🔥 When Friday and 13 Meet
Put them together and you get a symbolic convergence: Venus energy (relational, sensual, creative)
Lunar number (cyclical, intuitive, regenerative)
That combination historically represented a day of heightened feminine potency, not misfortune. Some scholars even suggest the fear narrative was intentionally spread during periods when women’s healing knowledge, midwifery, and earth-based spirituality were being suppressed.
So the shadow placed over Friday the 13th may actually be the cultural echo of trying to dim a light that was once very bright.
🌺 What It Can Mean for You Spiritually
Many modern practitioners reclaim this day as a portal for:
Reconnecting with the womb space as a center of wisdom
Releasing inherited shame around intuition or sensuality
Honoring rest, reflection, and emotional truth
Creating rather than striving
Listening instead of proving
It is a beautiful day to ask:
“What wants to emerge if I stop forcing and start allowing?”
