Bowls on Bodies Yoga

Sept 17th, 2025 - Day 1 - Before Walking our Camino route in Lisbon Portugal. The city of Lisbon city is around 3000 years old. The city existed before Portugal 🇵🇹 was a country, and before the Romans arrived. Here are some pics from the walking tour of downtown Lisbon with a guide from Europe Eats Tours. The guide Miguel, brought us to 6 distinct, historic restaurants where locals hang out. The food was wonderful! We did visit one church (Church of Saint Dominic) that had was severely burned in a fire. They left the scarred columns, which you can see in the video. Learning about Lisbon’s history was definitely a highlight.

This Yin Yoga class starts at 4:30 PM on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Bikram Yoga Folsom. This one-hour class is practiced in a non-heated room with props (blocks and straps).
