Moms don't have sick days. You've all heard it before. The gift of taking control your own wellness and that of your family is a gift that keeps on giving! No taking off days off work, no taking of time at doctor offices, no taking of heartbreaking moments with sick babies (or husbands). 😉

Improve your mood, amplify your health, take control of your stress and keep your "sick days" reserved for days of sunshine and fun instead!

In the spirit of keeping it real, here's my afternoon summary.

I picked up the pup from her surgery & she threw up all in my backseat. Wonderful.
I stopped at a car wash to clean it out and realized someone smashed the front end of my car and then just left. Hit & run? Really?
Perfect.

So, the stress away is for me. The peppermint and lavender are for the upset stomach for the pup. And the thieves cleaner and purification are to hopefully clean up said throw up in my carpets.

Where's the "I'm not gonna cry" oil?!
Mercy.

Chores make me thirsty!

I'll be filling and refilling this glass cup with grapefruit water ALL day.

Grapefruit is a citrus oil and therefore must be used in a glass or metal container. It curbs the appetite and is a great detox. Taste good too!

Today I had to take our youngest pup to be spade and she had no idea what was coming, lol. To be proactive against her stress once we got to the vet I applied these to her before we left the house.

Time to get us all ready for the day.

Thieves Aromabright toothpaste & a peppermint face scrub are top of the list. I also use my DIY face cream and deodorant that are essential oil rich and all natural. No cancer causing aluminum in this deodorant!

For the kiddos, we diffuse citrus fresh in the morning to awaken everyone.

After breakfast they apply their oils. Joy, valor, release and the allergy blend.
Before we begin homeschooling lessons, I diffuse clarity for the little learners to focus.

While coffee brews, I apply my oils. Today (and most all days) these are my go-to's.

Joy over the heart for uplifting mood boost, abundance & stress away on the wrists for preventative stress management and feelings of empowerment (this is a immune booster too), release to help let go of any negative emotions (because Monday's are mean), Valor to bring balance and courage, Progessence Plus for hormonal balance and to control my anxiety/OCD and lasty, my allergy blend (lemon, lavender & peppermint) which is why I began using essential oils to begin with.

This will be fun!

First things first. Ningxia Red. It gives me all the minerals, vitamins, essential oils and fortifying blends that I need for an overall wellness, energy and stamina for the day. Oh how I love thee, "ninja juice"! Teeheee
