Take it easy this weekend and leave those leaves alone! Fallen leaves provide natural insulation for your plants, enrich the soil, and create essential winter habitats for pollinators. So, give your rake a break and go out and enjoy this perfect Autumn day. You're welcome.

We’re excited to share the first phase of our labyrinth project for Stillwater Hospice, inspired by the Chartres Cathedral in France. For centuries, labyrinths have been used for quiet reflection and meditation.
The labyrinth sits adjacent to the Peggy F. Murphy Community Grief Center. While we design spaces every day for humans and nature to share, we feel honored to create this space where the healing powers of nature can be present for any of us dealing with deep grief and sadness.
The surrounding plantings will be added in the next phase, bringing even more beauty and tranquility to this sacred space.

We’re working on something special…This new project has historical ties to a cathedral in France built in the 1200s.
Any guesses what it might be?
It will be located along a Fort Wayne trail and open for visitors in the near future. Stay tuned—we can’t wait to share more!

According to the World Wildlife Fund, the eastern monarch population increased 64% during the 2025–26 overwintering season. This is in part due to pollinator gardens in the home landscape. Keep planting native plants—it’s making a difference!
These photos were all taken during a short walk at Little River Wetlands Project's Eagle Marsh along the Continental Divide trail. Grab a friend and head out there this weekend. You won't be disappointed!

Our crew comes across all kinds of wildlife while caring for our clients’ properties—and this little visitor made an appearance during a recent landscaping project.
It’s just one of the many reminders that a healthy landscape is part of a much bigger ecosystem.
