You ā€œwant it badā€ until you are inconvenienced by it.

I’m up at 4:30am either to teach a class or work. I prep my meals (or outsource the prep). I often run during the only free 45 min time block I have.. even if that means in 90+ in the TX heat.

I’m not special. I’m not built different. I just have decided that my goals are not negotiable. ESPECIALLY when it’s inconvenient.

Your goal body doesn’t care if you’re tired, it’s hot, the break room has donuts, or you’re pressed for time.
But neither does the version of you who actually shows up.

I’ve lived it. And now I’m looking for THREE moms who want help to stop making excuses, get comfortable being uncomfortable, and actually lose the weight and gain confidence.

I used to think if I could just shrink my body… I’d finally feel happier, more confident, more patient, more ā€œput together.ā€

But I wish someone had told me earlier that being smaller doesn’t automatically make your day-to-day life feel better.

GLP-1s can absolutely help with fat loss, that’s true.
But they don’t automatically change your stress levels, your routines, or your relationship with food.

So if those things don’t shift underneath it… you’re often just living the same patterns in a smaller body.

And I don’t think enough people talk about that.
It’s not wrong to want fast results.
But fast fat loss doesn’t automatically create confidence or peace…especially if nothing in your day-to-day life feels supported.

Weight loss is only one piece of the equation.
Feeling good living inside your results is the part most people don’t think about until later.

Stop overcomplicating nutritious meals!

This is what a typical dinner looks like for us!

Done in 20 minutes (30 MAX)

Here’s exactly what I did for this Beef Ramen Noodle Stir-fry

I spent ~10 mins cutting veggies (save time by buying pre cut). Start sautĆ©ing the veggies then put on the ground beef to brown. While the beef was cooking, I boiled the noodles. Everything happening at once…nothing waiting on anything.

The sauce? 1 tbsp each of soy sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and garlic. That’s it.

The full recipe:
↳ 2 packs ramen noodles (only 1 seasoning packet)
↳ 1 lb ground beef
↳ ½ zucchini, 2 bell peppers, 1 head broccoli, ½ onion
↳ sauce above

You skip dinner because you’re tired. You skip it because you think it’s going to be hard… but it’s not!
