Life reminded me that sometimes the strongest thing we can do is rest.
I’ve been dealing with a few physical setbacks this week, and instead of pushing through just to stay consistent, I’m choosing to honor what my body needs. Healing is progress too.
So if you’re feeling frustrated because you can’t do everything you planned this week, let this be your reminder:
🌱 Your worth is not measured by your productivity.
🌱 Rest is not quitting.
🌱 Healing isn’t always visible, but it’s still happening.
Give yourself the same grace you so freely give everyone else.
We’ll get back up when it’s time. For now, breathe, recover, and trust that this pause doesn’t erase your purpose.

Biweekly Check-In ✨
Trust the process.
Lately, God has been reminding me that I don’t need all the answers to move forward. Sometimes He shows us where we’re headed but not every step it will take to get there.
The same thing happens with art. What starts as a blank canvas slowly becomes something beautiful through layers, patience, and trust.
Faith. Healing. Growth. Creativity.
Trust the process. 🎨💜
This week’s lesson: Trust the process.
I’m learning that I don’t have to understand every step, agree with every delay, or see the entire path ahead. Sometimes God reveals the destination without revealing the journey, and that requires trust.
It’s like reading the last chapter of a book before starting the first page. You know how it ends, but you still have to walk through the story. As an artist, I’m realizing the same is true in creativity. Every brushstroke, every layer, every revision has purpose—even when the final picture isn’t visible yet.
So this biweekly check-in is simple: Trust the process. In faith. In healing. In growth. In art.
