Doesn’t matter where you get it in at whether it’s a gym, home, or a park, just MOVE!! Don’t worry about the numbers because they will fluctuate. (Muscle weighs more than fat!)

To be able to start my day with a delicious energizing fat burning tea is LIFE 😌
I used to LOVE coffee until I realized how much the creamer & sugar didn’t like me & now this is my replacement & has been for 7 years now.
This is part of my meal plan for clients that are looking to lose weight while doing body contouring treatments.
We are in a new month & I dare you to work on yourself for the next 4-6 months & see how far you’ll go. Do you accept the challenge?
