I strive to eliminate barriers to care by advocating for fair access to services and support patients need to thrive. No one’s health should depend on profit.

Care will always be guided by compassion, community, and a commitment to doing what is right.

Hello everyone! 👋

I’m finally getting a chance to update my page after a busy few weeks of settling into my new role at MI Partner Health, battling influenza in my household, and navigating multiple snow days.

I’m happy to share that the transition has been wonderful! We’ve officially opened a new office on the campus of Muskegon Community College. At this time, we’re providing care to MCC faculty and staff, with the hope of expanding services to the broader community in the future.

Thank you all for your continued support. I’m excited for what’s ahead and look forward to sharing more updates soon!

While this chapter is coming to a close, I am excited for the future and grateful for those who will take the next step with me. Wishing you and your families peace, good health, and warmth this holiday season.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my wonderful friends. Thanksgiving can be a really hard time for people. Maybe this is the first “holiday season” with out someone you love. Maybe times have been extra hard and there doesn’t seem to be a lot to be a thankful for. Well, I want you to know that I am thankful for YOU. I am thankful that you are here. I am thankful that I have you in my life.

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” -John F. Kennedy

Thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you through your health journey. It is an honor I don’t take lightly.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Let’s Talk About Direct Primary Care (DPC)

Have you ever wished healthcare felt more personal or more focused on you instead of insurance, paperwork, and 15 minute appointments? That’s exactly what Direct Primary Care (DPC) is designed to do.

In a DPC model, you pay a flat monthly fee that covers most of your primary care needs. These would be things like:
✅ Office visits and check-ups
✅ Sick visits and follow-up care
✅ Chronic disease management
✅ Basic labs and certain procedures
✅ Direct communication with your provider (text, phone, or video)

No copays. No surprise bills. No waiting weeks for an appointment. Just convenient, transparent, relationship-based care.

This is what every patient deserves!

I wanted to take a moment to share that my last day with Trinity Health Primary Care will be December 24, 2025. It has truly been an honor to care for this community and to be a part of your health journeys.
Thank you for the trust you’ve placed in me over the years — it has meant so much. I’ll be transitioning to a new opportunity in the new year, and while I’ll miss my Trinity family and patients deeply, I’m excited for this next chapter.
Help me spread the word! More details to come soon!
