I’m not good at updates on here, but here is some food for thought. ❤️

This evening felt different, things felt somber. I took a walk after dinner and watched the sunset. Sitting silently listening and watching the waves crash.

My client’s spouse reached out to me. My client had unexpectedly and very suddenly passed away this day.

The longer you work with a client the more in-tune you become to their bodies. You learn their stories said and unsaid. You learn their (fur) babies names. You talk about their life adventures, friends, partners, and hobbies. You also are with them in times of complete stillness and silence.

My heart goes out to his family. ❤️ You will always be remembered. I will cherish the time I got to bring you peace and healing. Rest easy my friend.
