Last night, I experienced a painful flare-up in my shoulder and collarbone that left me in tears. Unfortunately, the prescribed painkillers haven't provided much relief. I have a steroid shot scheduled for 9/30, and I'll be out of the salon from 9/30 to 10/6. To help manage the pain in the meantime, I visited Denise at Zen Cryo for a cryotherapy session, and I felt instant relief afterward. If you're dealing with pain, I highly recommend giving cryotherapy a try! I even take my son for sport recovery.
