One of my favorite coloring techniques for naturally curly clients is a dimensional lived-in balayage. It’s perfect for those wanting to go a bit lighter without the commitment of salon visits every 6-8 weeks. I typically recommend adding pops of light pieces during the first appointment, followed by a toner appointment about 8-12 weeks later, and then repeating the lightening process after another 8-12 weeks

Timing between all appointments are totally customizable and are based off of hair growth, fading toners, and personal preference💕 message me if you’d like to hear more about this process

She’ll come back every 10-12 weeks for highlights and toning, which we’ll keep doing until she’s ready to rock her natural gray pattern.
