Got back late last night after a really busy — honestly kind of crazy — weekend.
Being at the convention was exciting, but it also gave me a lot of perspective. Sometimes when you step into a high-energy environment like that, it makes you realize just how much you’ve already been carrying in your everyday life.
Between big life changes, family, health, and everything else happening behind the scenes, it became really clear that I need to shift my focus for a little while.
Right now the most important thing for me is slowing down, getting grounded, and taking care of myself and my family.
So I’m going to be stepping back from social media and business for a bit while I focus on that.
Sometimes the strongest move you can make is knowing when to pause and rebuild your foundation.
I appreciate all of you and the support you’ve shown me. I’ll be back when the time is right.
xx,
Trish

Three Things I’m Learning Before I Turn 50
This final year of my 40s isn’t about slowing down.
It’s about becoming more capable, more confident, and more intentional about the life I’m building.
So I’ve decided there are three things I’m really leaning into this year.
1️⃣ Canning & Freeze Drying
I want to learn how to preserve real food the way generations before us did.
When you can and freeze dry your own food, you control what goes into it — less preservatives, less processed ingredients, and more of the nutrients your body actually needs.
Plus… there’s something incredibly empowering about knowing how to provide for yourself and your family in a healthier way.
2️⃣ Fun Fashion at 50
For years I hid in clothes that covered me.
Now I have a new body, new confidence, and a whole new decade coming. I’m learning how to dress in a way that feels fun, expressive, and confident instead of just safe.
Because turning 50 doesn’t mean fading into the background.
If anything… it means stepping into your power.
3️⃣ Strength & Sobriety
I’m walking back into the gym and making my health a priority again.
That also means giving myself the gift of a completely sober final year of my 40s.
Not forever.
Just one year of clarity, discipline, and showing up fully for my life.
Because when I walk into 50…
I want to walk in clear-headed, strong, confident, and proud of the woman I became.
This decade challenged me in ways I never expected.
But this last year?
This is where I finish strong.

For years I thought progress meant watching the number on the scale drop.
And yes… my weight has gone down in pounds, and I’m proud of that. That matters.
But the scale only tells one part of the story.
The real story is what’s happening inside the body.
Because body composition is where the truth lives.
Visceral fat.
Subcutaneous fat.
Total body fat.
Muscle mass.
Protein levels.
Bone mass.
Cellular hydration.
Two people can weigh the exact same thing on the scale and have completely different health profiles.
That’s why I started paying attention to the data behind the number.
When I look at my results from January 2025 to now, the changes are bigger than just pounds lost.
Yes… the scale moved.
But more importantly:
• Visceral fat improved
• Body fat shifted
• Muscle balance improved
• Internal markers are trending healthier
That’s the kind of progress that changes how your body functions, heals, and ages.
So celebrate the scale when it drops.
But don’t forget to look at the bigger picture.
Because the real transformation often happens under the surface first.

36 hours until I head to Orlando.
The clothes are chosen.
Shoes to match.
Jewelry and accessories packed.
I even squeezed in workout clothes… because let’s be honest, this girl is getting back to it.
And of course, the bikini and cover-up will get their chance to enjoy the sun!
Peptides?
Already in the bag.
Now all that’s left are a few toiletries and somehow — by a small miracle — it’s all fitting into a carry-on.
3 dresses.
3 outfits.
4 pairs of shoes.
2 workout sets.
Something to sleep in.
A few odds and ends.
Not bad for a woman heading into a new season of life.
Because this trip isn’t just a getaway…
It’s a step into the next chapter.
Sunshine.
Growth.
New friendships.
And a room full of people building something bigger than themselves.
Orlando… I’ll see you in about 36 hours.

Trish ✨
Healing isn’t always gentle.
For many women over 40, it looks like rebuilding strength, preserving muscle, supporting metabolism, and raising standards in every area of life.
That’s the kind of healing I believe in.
Steady. Strong. Intentional.
Healing with strength.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

Trish

I’m not trying to reinvent myself.
I’m refining.
Refining my standards.
Refining my health.
Refining who gets access to me.
Refining how I show up.
This season feels less chaotic… and more intentional.

Trish

Good morning.
The cold is back and I’m reminded… I am not a winter girl.
Cold weather and I have never been friends.
We’ve tried. It’s not a match.
Give me warmth.
Give me sunshine.
Give me air that doesn’t make me question my life choices.
But seasons don’t ask what we prefer.
So I’ll layer up, keep building, and remind myself warmer days are coming.
Two weeks closer.

Trish

Yesterday marked the two-week countdown to when I’ll be arriving in Orlando.
I’m getting there a day early for the Make Wellness retreat — and that feels intentional.
I don’t rush rooms that matter.
I prepare for them.
There’s something powerful about choosing to put yourself in environments that stretch you. The conversations shift you. The energy sharpens you. The standards rise.
Two weeks.
I can feel the momentum building already.

Trish

Let’s talk facts for a minute.
Peptides aren’t supplements.
They’re short chains of amino acids that signal your body to do what it already knows how to do — just more efficiently.
As we approach 50, muscle loss accelerates. Recovery slows. Inflammation lingers longer. Metabolism shifts.
That’s not failure.
That’s physiology.
The right peptides support:
• Muscle preservation
• Recovery
• Reduced inflammation
• Metabolic signaling
• Improved sleep quality
Not magic.
Not a shortcut.
Support.
And when you combine that with discipline?
That’s where transformation sticks.
Healing with strength is science-backed.

Trish

Today I uploaded my first Becoming HER vlog.
This season isn’t just about visible transformation — it’s about documenting the rebuild.
The regain.
The discipline.
The divorce.
The standards being raised.
Leadership requires honesty.
And growth requires visibility.
If you’d like to watch the first episode, comment below and I’ll send you the link.
Healing with strength isn’t loud. It’s intentional.

Trish
