Houston City Scape
I find that running on concrete hurts my knees more even with my braces. If you are going to run on concrete, I would recommend only a few miles. If you are doing distance run on softer ground. 🐕🏃🏻♀️
I also for you dog loves out there, put wax on Sven's paws to protect his feet!

Pain is gain! My tip for anyone whose hands hurt during weights, buy some gloves and sometimes I put baby powder on them to prevent blisters and rubbing! I still want to have feminine looking hands! Haha I also put coconut oil on them when I get home. Helps heal and soothe! 💪🏻👋🏻🏋🏻♀️
