How are you feeling right now? Identifying what you are feeling is the first step in processing and releasing emotions. Taking a moment to name your emotion triggers your cognitive thinking and can:
☑️Reduce Anxiety
☑️Help you better understand yourself
☑️Allow you to choose how you respond, rather than simply reacting

Methods of cold exposure:
❄️ Cold shower: start by adding 10 seconds of cold water to the end of your next shower and try to work your way up to at least 90 seconds. Let the cold water hit the nape of your neck to stimulate the vagus nerve and help your body reset.
❄️ Ice bath: come plunge with us at our partner Huemn]’s studio and warm up in the sauna afterwards 🔥
❄️ Whole body cryotherapy: step into the cryo chamber at Huemn] and jam out to your favorite song for 3 minutes. Step out feeling so fresh!

“Is there something in your past that you think measured you? A test score? A dishonest or callous action? Being fired from a job? Being rejected? Focus on that thing. Feel all the emotions that go with it. Now put it in a growth-mindset perspective. Look honestly at your role in it, but understand that it doesn’t define your intelligence or personality. Instead, ask: What did I (or can I ) learn from that experience? How can I use it as a basis for growth? Carry that with you instead.”
― Carol S. Dweck, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success

The mindset we develop (usually at a young age) determines everything about our personality, success, failure, character, and overall happiness in life.
The good news is, you can shift your mindset by first recognizing the self-limiting beliefs you hold and simply deciding to change them.

If you want to achieve peak performance, you can start by cultivating your growth mindset and understanding that your current limitations do not define you!
A lot of us struggle with a fixed mindset around certain parts of our lives. Try to identify any self-limiting beliefs you have, then work to rewire your thinking. What's that look like?
Change your fixed mindset belief, "I'm not good at xyz"
to
a growth mindset belief,
"xyz has been challenging for me in the past. I need to work harder at sharpening those skills".
We'll leave you with this:
"If you're not training your mind, the world's training it for you." - Mark Divine
