i know we all have seen that one wig that looks like a helmet sitting on that person’s head. Sometimes it’s just a bad wig but for the most part it’s because the foundation is lumpy and bumpy.
- flat & small cornrows are always the best option to achieve the flattestfoundation
- if you cannot braid, the hair needs to be laid to your head as flat as possible. Meaning you will have to apply product and even tie it down to achieve a flat foundation
- a stocking cap is the finishing touch for smoothness and to ensure no combs get caught on your hair and may cause breakage
