I am crying in my office this morning. I had the hardest day of my career yesterday, but I didn't cry then. I am crying now because I am so grateful to be a part of such a great work family. The dean's office got me these beautiful flowers to show their appreciation for what I had to go through and all I did. Even more than before, I know I made the right decision when I changed employers.
