Repeat After Me:
I take time to breathe, to be present, to move my body, feed my soul and affirm that I am totally alive on purpose.
I take days off my phone, I know that I am enough and have already done enough. I prioritize my needs, wellness, solitude and serenity higher than performing in front of and sharing for others.
If I cannot show up the greatest for myself before my audiences, I am not operating at my highest frequency and I too deserve the energy, enthusiasm and engagement that I provide.
Spending time in nature grounds me like the roots to a tree, frees me like the ripples in a river. 🌊
