✨🏆 By the Power of Grayskull 💀🏰… We WON! 🏆✨
and I are thrilled to announce that we took 1st Place (Group) at Comicpalooza 2025 as He-Man and the Sorceress of Castle Grayskull!
This wasn’t just a cosplay—it was a labor of love and loyalty. Krueger spent ~75 hours crafting his costume + exercise routine to get the He-Man look, and I logged over ~90 hours rebuilding pieces of the Sorceress after we had to pull out last year when my dad fell and ended up in the hospital (doing better now, alhamdulillah). Krueger could’ve moved on. But he didn’t. He stuck by me and kept the dream alive, and I’ll never forget ⚔️💙🦅
Huge thanks to the judges who saw the magic in our Masters of the Universe homage, and a shoutout to for catching the jumbotron performance!

We’re just two nerds with foam, fabric, and a whole lot of heart. With a new He-Man movie coming out next year, it feels like the right time to show the world what cosplay love for this universe looks like 👑⚔️ Excited to see the new movie!
Let's be clear: achieving "movie/TV accuracy" in cosplay is nearly impossible unless you were directly involved in the production. The materials used in costumes are often not disclosed to the public, which means cosplayers frequently substitute fabrics, plastics, and other materials. To say that cosplay is only about accuracy disregards the diverse range of cosplay styles and marginalizes those who cannot afford to create or purchase expensive costumes, lightsabers, and masks. The number of people who can afford a Darth Vader suit that meets 501st standards is limited, and even those individuals are typically not using the exact materials used in the production.

You can use the following prompt to create your own:

The prompt was made by someone else, but I haven't been able to find their name in my research.
Unfortunately, my Vaporeon pop isn't available for purchase, but you can make a real custom Funko! Pop using the Pop Yourself generator on the Funko website. Options are limited.
