As I continue growing spiritually and personally, I’ve felt called to create intentional spaces where we can slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Every Sunday at 5:00am, I host a space called Meditation & Chill via Zoom.

I created this space because life can feel heavy. Responsibilities, emotions, expectations, they all pull on us. And I’ve learned that if we don’t fill our own cups first, we end up pouring from an empty cup.

Meditation has helped me become more grounded, more patient, more clear in my decisions. It’s not about perfection. It’s about pausing. It’s about creating a safe space where we can just be, without judgment, without pressure, and reconnect with God, with ourselves, and with peace.
