Dr. Frank Tavakoli, with over 30 years experience in beauty industry, is the founder of Shiva Laboratory (predecessor to 21st Century Research Laboratory) in Houston, Texas.
He has always dedicated himself to the use of natural and organic ingredients, and avoids use of any ingredients that aesthetically help the product but compromise the performance and efficacy.
