I have neglected my page but I am back! Life has gotten in the way. Busy working, being a mom, and paying the cost to be the boss... I can't wait to share my journey with you guys. I made the decision this year to truly focus on health. Not just for me but for my 8 year old as well.

I had gastric sleeve surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago. It will be a month on July 19th. I am amazed at the results I have seen in just a short period of time. I can't wait to share❤️

Spaghetti squash, shrimp, and broccoli topped with diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and pesto sauce. Sautee the spaghetti squash for about 15minutes or to texture in olive oil. Season shrimp with minced garlic, butter, just a little pesto sauce, pepper, garlic salt and sea salt. Once every thing is cooked, mixed together and shimmer for 15 minutes. Nice healthy meal

Two weeks ago I made the decision to begin a healthy lifestyle again... Don't judge me the struggle is real. Today I got on the scale and lost 2 pounds. I know that's not a lot but I have never been more proud. On July 20th I weighted 336 Now on August 11th I know weigh 334. If I can do it; you can do it. I didn't workout, no counting calories... I just simply changed my meal plan and increased my daily intake.
