Super personal post: Back in May, my wife was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer and it has been one truly emotional roller-coaster. For some goofy reason, we were kinda quiet about it, but the word is now out, and I'm glad that it is because I am blown away by the kindness and love that have been shown to us from our family and friends (and from friends that are just like family). The way people are rallying around her and praying for her is nothing short of AMAZING!!! We love and appreciate each of you.❤️💜
They have even started a GoFundMe account to help us with some of the expenses that we will be facing over the next few months. Someone told me, "people can't help if they don't know". So I'm putting the info out here if any of you would like to help. Thank you Mike, Gloria, Donna, & Daryl, for your thoughfulness; and thank you in advance Facebook friends and family.

Due to a case of tendonitis in my right elbow, I haven't been able to do a pull-up since November of 2020. It's June now and I'm finally able to do a few pull-ups again.
I can't do many because it's been so long. But everytime I go to and come from the restroom at work, I'll do 2-4 pull-ups. As you can see, it's a little bit of a struggle now, but THE STRUGGLES MAKE US STRONGER! 💪🏾
