About us
Rodney and I joined Avon in September 1 2015 after I was discriminated against because of my physical disability but instead of getting angry , I thought about what my mother Minnie and father Rebble Martin Jr taught me “You can do anything that you put your mind to “ so on the night of September 1st 2015 ,we filled out the application and paid for the stater kit and our lives have changed forever 1)We are our own boss 2) We set our own business hours 3) We still volunteer at Safe Diversity Communities which is a 504 C3 non profit organization based in Houston , Texas that helps high school students with Unique Abilities go to college and pursue their dreams through scholarship opprotunities (For more information , visit www.safediversitycommunities.org).
