🪮Dry hair isn’t always about “needing more oil.”
Sometimes it’s about understanding your hair type.

If your hair is dense but fine, that means you have a lot of hair… but each strand is thin. Heavy butters and thick oils can actually weigh you down instead of moisturizing you.

For this hair type, I layer light → medium:

• Hydrating foam first (moisture + light hold without heaviness)
• A lightweight leave-in to keep the hair soft
• Then a custard or gel-cream hybrid for definition that doesn’t leave the hair hard

Now… if your hair is thicker, more coarse, or has a tighter cuticle, it may need something more cream-based layered under a moisturizing foam to really lock it in.

And if your twists are still dry after all that?
It might not be your product… it might be time for a detox and a proper moisture reset.

Healthy twists start with the right foundation.
