Protein first. Fiber always. Balanced carbs. Blood sugar supported.
No random foods/snacks or meals.
Remember that when your leptin is off, hunger gets louder and when your blood sugar spikes, cravings follow.
Structure quiets both. Restarting is a cycle. Structure is a system.
