A teacher gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.

At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon.

The teacher said to the students: "These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."

Application Instructions
Use the mask 2 or 3 times per week after your cleansing step. Smooth an even layer over clean skin. Leave on skin for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, and pat dry.

Various TIPS in no particular order..

* Put on your eye cream before the Retinol 0.5!😜🥴

* Wash your hands after using Retinol 0.5!

* Set reminders in your phone at the beginning of your 8 week Retinization Process

* Stop using Retinol a week before any surgery or procedure involving anesthesia

* Wait the ten minutes or so after cleansing before applying the retinol. THIS ONE IS SUPER IMPORTANT AND EASILY OVERLOOKED!

* 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓 get your brows or face waxed just before or during the retinization process! 😱😱 ... If you have to wax, stop retinization 3 days prior to waxing appointment.

* Follow the directions! 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒌... Follow the directions!

* Make sure to remove contact lenses 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 applying retinol (any retinol left on fingers can dissolve contact lenses)

* Buffer around sensitive areas with Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream- corners of lips and nose, and eye area... it prevents over drying from the retinol and makes the “ugly” process easier.

* Retinol 0.5 is for nighttime use only.

* Use SPF 30 or higher daily in the morning.

*Pea-sized amount is all you need of the Retinol 0.5

* During the Retinization Process avoid using exfoliators, exfoliating tools, high concentrations of Vitamin C, acne treatment products and hydrogel eye patches.
