Thanksgiving is over time to get healthy. Homemade turkey bone broth is the perfect detox. Boil turkey carcass with a TBSP of apple cider vinegar boil and bring to a simmer on low heat for 7 hours on stovetop.After 7 hours stir in aromatics onion, celery, carrots, thyme, rosemary) let simmer one more hour jar up in mason jars you are ready to go.

Holidays can be tough but eat more veggies than starches if you can. Greens have a lot of nutritional value.

This is one of my favorite healthy desserts. It is my faux ice cream. So versatile can put fruit or nuts on top or enjoy plain. Plain yogurt is another option.
It’s a new year take baby steps. Don’t try to do it all at the same time. Start increasing your water and stop snacking late. Remember it is not all or nothing. Little steps go along way. Do it 40 days and it’s now a habit
