Hi Family! Oh, have I got a story to tell ya’ll! Join me tomorrow on what will be the first of many fireside chats (without the fire 🙃). Tomorrow’s topic will be squarely on mental health, because never in a million years could I have predicted this diagnosis… but it makes complete sense. The impact is HUGE and the rebuilding process is going to be a steep climb.

This community was built due to this diagnosis (I will explain that more tomorrow), so I owe it to every follower to share what has been going on. If one person can relate and turn their life around, then all of this transparency will be worth it.
