🤰The Day I Argued with a Pickle Jar (And Lost)

So boom 💥…
I’m 7 months pregnant, craving pickles like it’s my full-time job.

I waddle to the fridge like a snacky little gremlin, spot the jar, and suddenly I’m a woman on a mission. Except… the jar won’t open. I twist. I grunt. I even yell at it.
(Yes, I told the pickle jar we had beef. Out loud.)

I try running hot water over the lid like TikTok said. Nothing. I slap it on the counter like I’m about to perform surgery. Still sealed.

I’m 2 seconds away from crying when I hear my man walk in. I hand it to him, all dramatic like, “You try then.”

He opens it in 0.3 seconds 😐

I stared at him like he was a wizard. He stared at me like I was… very pregnant.

I ate 6 pickles in silence and swore that jar was sexist 💅

Moral of the story:
Don’t mess with a pregnant girl’s cravings. And if you’re a pickle jar… RUN.

Pregnancy taught me to slow down and listen to my body… even when I didn’t recognize it.
