A little over a year ago, my life was redefined by four words: Triple Positive Breast Cancer. I spent the next 12 months navigating a whirlwind of treatment, but I refused to let the clinical world take away my spirit. I embraced a holistic lifestyle, focused on what I put in my body, and fought to stay 'me' even when I didn't recognize myself in the mirror.
Cancer changed my life, but it also gave me a new purpose. I started Wigs and Wisdom because I know how dark those days can be. I want to show you that you can still look beautiful and feel empowered while you heal. Here, we combine the 'Wigs' (restoring your outer confidence) with the 'Wisdom' (holistic tips to help your body thrive) so you can focus on what matters most: your recovery.
