I remember one day my gramma told me that she had really bad pain in her ankles, and that she needed some epsom salts and herbs to soak in because that would help her.

That is when I learned that by using Epsom salt and your choice of herb (better to use the ones that help the pain if that is what you need) you can make an anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, and relaxing soaking /bathing water.

Now I make these for her and I decided to share it with you!!!

I think is is actually my favorite bar so far. It has a great size, exfoliates, no added colors, and smells like coconut (only of my favorite fruits)
