Dear Community,

We are making this statement to address serious false allegations that have been circulating about our business.

Shortly after recent staffing changes, claims began spreading through word-of-mouth alleging that our salon contacted Immigration (ICE), that mold exists on our premises, and that we operate in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

These allegations are completely false.

As the business owner, if any such conditions existed, we would have known immediately and taken action. No such conditions were present.

In December 2025, our security footage recorded water spreading across the salon floor from a service station area while staff were present. No immediate corrective action was taken at that time.

Following this incident, we later discovered water damage beneath part of the flooring and near a wooden structure.

All footage and documentation have been preserved.

Due to the seriousness of the false accusations and the impact on our business, this matter has been formally addressed through legal counsel. Cease and desist letters have already been issued.

We will not speculate publicly about intent.
We will not engage in online hostility.

We are focused on facts, accountability, and maintaining a safe, professional environment for our clients.

En diciembre de 2025, nuestro sistema de seguridad registró agua extendiéndose por el piso del salón desde un área de servicio mientras había personal presente. No se tomó acción correctiva inmediata en ese momento.

Posteriormente, se detectaron daños por agua debajo de parte del piso y cerca de una estructura de madera.

Todo el material audiovisual y la documentación correspondiente han sido preservados.

Debido a la gravedad de las acusaciones falsas y el impacto en nuestro negocio, este asunto ha sido formalmente remitido a nuestros abogados. Ya se han emitido cartas de cese y desistimiento.
