A common, but bad habit to quit is skin picking! If you frequently pick or touch your skin, here are some suggestions to give your precious skin some relief:

🔸When you’re tempted to pick, where are you? What are you doing? How are you feeling? What are you thinking about?

🔸Remember skin picking causes more damage than help! Picking and poking can push bacteria into pores, create more inflammation, and slow down the healing process.

🔸Ask someone to keep you accountable.

🔸Limit time in front of the mirror.

🔸Keep your hands busy or find a substitute for skin picking – such as a stress ball or playing a game on your phone.

🔸Apply Fix-Zit mask 1-2x a week as a spot treatment or mask to help reduce inflammation and heal breakouts.
