Política de devoluciones

Reembolsos y devoluciones de productos. Usted acepta que si revende el producto directamente a un cliente ("Cliente minorista"), se adherirá a la política de garantía de satisfacción del 100% de la Compañía y proporcionará un reembolso completo de todo el dinero pagado si el Cliente minorista le devuelve el producto dentro de los treinta (30) días de la transacción de venta.

De manera similar, su insatisfacción con nuestros productos significa que puede devolver los artículos para obtener un reembolso siempre que ocurran las siguientes condiciones: (i) ni usted ni la Compañía han rescindido el Acuerdo; (ii) los productos fueron adquiridos dentro de los doce (12) meses anteriores; y (iii) los productos permanecen en condiciones de reventa (como se define en las Políticas y Procedimientos).

Return Policy

Refunds and Product Returns. You agree that if you resell product directly to a customer (“Retail Customer”), you will adhere to the Company’s 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and shall provide a full refund of all monies paid if the Retail Customer returns the product to you within thirty (30) days of the sales transaction.

Similarly, your dissatisfaction with our products means you may return the items for a refund so long as the following conditions occur: (i) neither you nor the Company has terminated the Agreement; (ii) the products were purchased within the previous twelve (12) months; and (iii) the products remain in resalable condition (as defined in the Policies and Procedures)..

The refund shall be 80% of the purchase price or product credit of equivalent value, and shall not include the shipping and handling charges you incurred. In the event of defective or damaged product, the Company will cover all shipping charges as detailed more fully in the Policies and Procedures. Return on Farmasi Gear items require the pre-approval through a call or ticket to the customer service. · Farmasi ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
· Farmasi’s preferred shipping vendors are USPS Priority, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS and DHL Expedited. You are able to choose your own carrier and shipping speed. If you select Standard Shipping, Farmasi will determine the company to ship with. Farmasi reserves the right to change the delivery company to a higher pace / quality service due to operational reasons.
