✨ Oops… one big thing I forgot to share! ✨

This past Sunday I raced the Key West Triathlon and placed 🥉 3rd in my age group — and it felt SO good to be back out there racing again.

After taking a long break following my Ironman last year, this race was a reminder that it’s okay to step back.
Mental breaks.
Physical breaks.
Emotional breaks.
Even nutrition breaks.

The key isn’t perfection — it’s coming back. 💛

I’ve walked instead of ran…
Where my nutrition wasn’t always consistent…
Where life simply needed more grace.

But I always keep moving.
I always realign.
I refuse to stay stuck for too long.

Life is an 80/20 balance.
We’re meant to enjoy it — but also to honor our health.

Movement and nourishment matter more than we realize, especially when it comes to gut health and hormone balance. And those small daily choices? They add up to BIG goals over time.

✨ Little adjustments.
✨ Consistent movement.
✨ Grace + intention.

Keep going. Keep evolving. 💪💛

✨ Women Supporting Women — It Matters More Than We Realize ✨

These two rockstars got up for a sunrise bike ride and run today — our last training session before the Key West Triathlon this Sunday. 🌅🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ And let me tell you… everything is better when you have a partner in crime who gets it.

Whether it’s training for a race, navigating perimenopause or post-menopause, or simply juggling life’s highs and lows… having another woman by your side who understands exactly what you’re feeling is powerful.

As women, we go through so many silent changes — shifting hormones, changing bodies, stress, emotions, doubts. And while we’re strong enough to push through alone… we don’t have to.

🤝 Support is strength.
A friend who keeps you accountable.
A woman who lifts you when you start to doubt yourself.
Someone who reminds you of your greatness when you momentarily forget.
Someone who laughs with you, sweats with you, and says, “I’m right here, too.”

There’s something incredibly healing about knowing someone else truly understands your journey — especially in this season of life where so much feels new, unpredictable, or overwhelming.

Women supporting women is transformational.
We rise higher together.
We heal deeper together.
We grow stronger together.

Cheers to the women who have our backs… and to being that woman for someone else. 💛✨

✨ Yesterday I practiced what I preach… ✨
I took myself to the Key West Yoga Sanctuary for The Pine Practice, and WOW — what an incredible experience. 💚

As women, especially during perimenopause and post-menopause, we carry so much on our shoulders. We push, we hustle, we power through… and we convince ourselves that feeling “good, bad, or ugly” is just part of the deal.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.

This season of life is actually beautiful — our bodies are speaking to us louder than ever, asking for softness, grounding, breath, and regulation, not intensity. And yesterday I chose to listen.

🧘‍♀️ I walked into the Pine Practice open-minded… and left feeling open, calm, balanced, and free.
It’s a yin-yoga–based movement practice designed to support the nervous system during peri- and post-menopause. Through movement, breath, community, and intentional slowing down, it helps you reconnect with your body in the most gentle, grounding way.

Pine is the perfect counterbalance to the chaos and hormonal dysregulation so many of us experience. It reminded me how important it is to decompress, release stress, and show gratitude for everything our bodies carry us through.

💛 Highly recommend this class — taught by Margit at Key West Yoga Sanctuary.
Yoga experience isn’t required, and all bodies were welcomed with so much love.

It was an amazing feeling to connect with so many women in the same season of life. We are not alone. Finding your tribe is very rewarding.

✨ Hope everyone had a beautiful Thanksgiving! 🦃💛
I kicked off my day with a 5K Turkey Trot 🏃🏼‍♀️— the PERFECT addition to my week as I get back into that triathlon racing mindset. Training mode: officially ON. 🔥

But here’s your gentle reminder…
Movement isn’t just about races, miles, or calories — it’s one of the BEST tools we have for managing stress. And stress? Ohhh it impacts everything in our body:

🌿 Hormones: Stress can throw your cortisol off, which then affects estrogen, progesterone, insulin, AND your thyroid.
🌿 Gut Health: High stress = sluggish digestion, more bloating, and less nutrient absorption.
