Some friendly reminders for your vacation tan 👇🏼

😎 DHA (the main ingredient in sunless tanning products) does NOT replace your SPF. It offers no protection against the sun, so make sure you’re still applying sunscreen.

🚫 Aerosol sunscreens - opt for a lotion sunscreen instead. I use and recommend Sun Bum brand.

🌊 Chlorine & being in the sand can fade your spray tan. Try to rinse off as soon as you get out of the pool or ocean.

🧴 Moisturize & Hydrate - keep your skin moisturized with lotion and stay hydrated throughout your vacation to maintain your spray tan.

For most pregnancies, spray tanning is completely safe. However, I always recommend asking your doctor first.
