I have a last minute opening for cut, root color, or babylights at 1pm tomorrow!

✨ Salon Policy Update ✨

Due to an increase in no-call/no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I’ll be implementing a new cancellation policy effective immediately.

For all color services and any type of highlighting service, appointments that are no-call/no-shows or canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.

If you aren’t able to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. The reminder texts you receive 3 days before and 1 day before your appointment also include an option to cancel if needed.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, schedules change, and we all forget things sometimes. I never want anyone to feel singled out—I promise you’re not alone! ❤️

I truly hate having to implement this policy, but I’ve lost a significant amount of income and appointment time this summer due to missed appointments. Even a little notice gives me the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone on my waiting list who would love to come in.

I always try to be as flexible and understanding as possible, and I truly appreciate all of you. At the end of the day, though, this is my livelihood, and I have bills to pay and kids to take care of.

I appreciate each of you and your continued support of my small business. Thank you for understanding and helping me keep my schedule running smoothly. ❤️

I have two last minute openings this week for color! Wednesday at 9am, Thursday at 1. I can do root color or babylights in these spots!

I am officially on vacation until Friday of next week! You’re welcome to continue to schedule appts via Vagaro, but I won’t be responding to texts and calls about appts until I’m back to work! Thanks for understanding!

Quick check in with everyone leading up to the chaos of summer! I will be leaving for vacation in about a week and a half. And then moving the week after! (New house-not salon!) so my schedule will be very limited the next few weeks! If you know you’re needing in, be sure to get yourself on the books!
