Here's 3 Tips To Stay Hydrated
1. Get a Gallon of Water and Work
On Finishing It by the End of the Day so you Have a Focus and Goal
(Your Shake and Tea Water Counts Too!)

2. Add Flavor to Make it More Pleasant: Add Herbalife Aloe, Lemons, Cucumbers, Fruits, or Mint Leaves to give your Water Flavor so you'll be more Likely to Drink It

3. Start Early and Finish Early: Don't wait until late in the day and try to gulp down your water. This can make you have to wake up frequently throughout the night to go to the bathroom and interrupt sleep and give you an excuse to cut water short

This product has helped my hair & nails tremendously!! I definitely emphasize on my nails because I've always struggled to grow them without breaking. It's also supposed to help my skin and so hopefully when this precious baby girl comes out it won't show those stretch marks as much since this product helps support skin elasticity.
