I used to feel exhausted all the time! I was dragging all day and did not accomplish anything because of my brain fog and lack of focus.
I changed supplements last year to support my body from the inside out and it was like magic!
My body immediately responded and started to see and feel the changes.

Every morning… these 🔊✨sounds became my non-negotiable.
Because not too long ago…
I was tired all the time.
No matter how much I rested…
it never felt like enough.
And I know I’m not the only one…
Most women don’t say it out loud,
but they go through their day feeling
exhausted, low energy, and off.
My close friends do agree with me that they feel the same way I used to. Yes …That was me.
My search for something that would serve me has ended!
I started supporting my body differently. Because what I was doing was not working. ☹️
Now?
I wake up with energy, clarity, and consistency.
Not perfect… but aligned.

You didn’t know this about me…
I didn’t grow up running.
In fact, I had never run before.
But in 2009, I made a decision…
not to run a 5K or a 10K…
I decided to run a marathon.
It was supposed to be a one-time thing.
A bucket list moment.
But the second I crossed that finish line…
I was already thinking about the next one. 🏃🏻♀️
Running 🏃🏻♀️ became part of my daily routine and adventures.
Until the day my body said… enough 😩.
I had to finish my last marathon 🤦🏻♀️walking.
And after that, I had to make a decision I never wanted to make:
To stop running… and focus on recovery.
It was not easy, I love running and the adventures.
When your body can’t do what it used to…
you don’t just lose activity…
you feel like you’re losing a part of yourself.
But I chose to listen.
To heal.
To recover.
And now… I move differently.
With intention.
With support.
With respect for my body.
I often think…
if I had supported my body differently back then…
maybe my journey would have felt different.
But today, I take the win.
Even a few miles… is a win. 😉

How life feels when you’re locked in…
But it didn’t always feel like this.
I used to run marathons.
Running was part of who I was.
Then chronic pain started to take over…
And later, perimenopause hit in a way I wasn’t expecting.
My body felt inflamed, tired, disconnected.
Moving didn’t feel empowering anymore… it felt heavy and painful! Even yoga was hard!
Running? Not even something I could think about.
I felt lost, sad, and like I was losing myself.
But I made a decision.
To stop fighting my body, to stop pushing it …
and start supporting it.
Little by little, I began to rebuild.
With intention.
With patience.
With love.
With the right support.
And now…
How life feels when you’re locked in:
No more negotiating with myself.
No more waiting for motivation.
I move.
I nourish my body.
I protect my energy.
I stay consistent… even on the days no one sees.
See? Life is not about perfection. I believe it is about alignment.
Because when your body is supported…
everything changes.
This is the lifestyle I’ve chosen.
And I’m not going back.

Sunday is our meal prep day! 🥗 This is one of our self-care habits.
My hubby and I set aside this time each week to prepare our meals together. It keeps us on track with your health, but it’s also much more than that. It gives us the chance to slow down, be present, and create something that supports our bodies for the week ahead.
Because when life’s gets busy and our schedules don’t always line up, these meals make it easier for us to still sit down and enjoy dinner together on the days we can.
Also so that when we are hungry and in a rush we make healthy choices, versus the easy route of a not so healthy meal.
Part of my self-care is preparing meals mindfully— choosing ingredients with intention and nourishing our bodies the way they deserve.
Healthy habits, quality time and a little Sunday love packed into every container 🥑

One of the things I love to do is go to the beach and just be there.
Whether it’s riding my bike along the coast, sitting in stillness, or doing a few yoga poses.
I especially love going in the winter when it’s cold. Wearing my beanie, wrapped in a blanket, watching the sunset.
Every time I go, I feel closer to God.
I feel healed.
I feel restored.
This is part of my self-care routine, and I make it a point to go at least once a month.
When life gets busy and responsibilities pile up, I remind myself that creating space for balance is essential.

I never skip my supplements.
Because I refuse to live with a poor quality of life.
There was a time when I felt depleted…
uncomfortable in my own body…
like I was moving through the day with no real energy.
And I knew that wasn’t how I wanted to live.
I love life.
I love being present.
I love having the energy to move, think clearly, and enjoy the people around me.
So supporting my body every day became a choice.
In my experience, when I stay consistent with my supplements, I notice the difference.
