STARTING OVER IS FILLED WITH ITS DOUBTS AND INSECURITIES, OVERWHELMING AND DAUNTING to say thr least, but I asked myself how far down are you gonna allow yourself to go before you take charge of your health and life. I realized I was not just gonna wake up and be how I was before gaining all this weight. I have to actually work my way back up. So one foot step one rep one nutritious meal at a time is the ONLY WAY. COVERED and SMOTHERED IN PRAYER🙏🏽...SO LETS GO
