It's finally here.

For about six months, this course has been sitting on my heart.

I thought it would be finished much sooner. Then life happened. Business priorities shifted. Personal challenges came along. More than once, I had to put this dream on hold.

But I never let it go.

This morning we officially launched my new Red Lipstick ON! Blueprint for a Bold, Radiant Life course, and welcoming our very first students was such a special moment.

I also have to thank Melia. She has been there through every version, every delay, every brainstorming session, and every launch-day detail. I'm so grateful to have her by my side.

One thing I've learned over the years is this:

A delayed dream isn't a dead dream.

Sometimes it simply needs a little more time to become what it's meant to be.

Today I'm celebrating...and I'm incredibly excited for every woman who has decided to begin her own next chapter with me.

Just seeing my name alongside so many talented, accomplished, and inspiring women is an honor in itself. Congratulations to each of the incredible nominees. We all share a passion for encouraging others to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, and make a positive difference in the lives of those around us.
Whether my name is called tomorrow night or not, I already feel incredibly grateful. Thank you to everyone who nominated me, voted, cheered me on, and supported me throughout this journey. Your kindness means more than I can express.

I just finished our Red Lipstick ON! book club, 3rd session. Today's discussion was around the Career Pillar chapter of my book. One of the book club members put this up on the screen and said this is her version of Joan Burge! That brought a big smile to my face.

One thing I shared with the book club today, from my book, was this: Success is rarely achieved in isolation. The relationships we build and the networks we cultivate play a pivotal role in shaping our journeys, influencing outcomes, and providing the support we need to navigate challenges.

You never know when someone will play an significant role in your life, whether as a collaborator, a source of inspiration, or as a helping hand during difficult times.

We need to actively build and engage in our relationships, especially in creating human moments.
